If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, we are happy to offer a full refund.

Returns on full-price merchandise will be accepted by mail within 14 days of the date received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There is no refund for shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Please ship your package using a trackable shipping method. Moondi Boutique does not provide prepaid labels. It is important to know that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
